Consultancy

GCT actively provides consulting services to other NGOs and organizations along the lines of project evaluation (social accountability, citizen engagement, and others), baseline research and training. Consultancy affords GCT small income while providing technical assistance to other groups. GCT has a pool of consultants that include expatriates who assist the director in writing project proposals for bidding and executing projects.
